The product that impresses me most is the Nokia phone. Windows makes the Nokia smartphone. I have been a Windows phone owner since 2015 and a devoted customer. The reason I love the Nokia is because the smartphone is user-friendly, meaning anyone can use the smartphone regardless of their tech skills. The Nokia has a simple design. The Windows phone is also sleek; Windows has always had one of the best looking phones in the market with its polished design. Another reason I love the Windows phone is there are always changes and updates available to owners. Microsoft listens to their customers. They truly care about what features customers value when using their product. My Nokia phone has become my everyday smartphone because it has many exciting and useful features. Microsoft was the second to pioneer the newest technologies with their smartphone. I will discuss the benefits of owning a Nokia.

One of my favorite advantages the Nokia phone features is the mass choice of apps in the Window’s phone app store. Another add-on is Cortona, the voice activated virtual assistant, which can help users by searching the web for relevant information. Cortona is the reason I always wanted a Windows phone, Because Microsoft was the second company to offer a personal assistant on their phones, I am loyal to them. Microsoft has always kept their customers happy and excited with their updates on features. Also Nokia phone users enjoy quick and regular updates for Windows phone no matter what carries they use. Microsoft delivers Windows phone updates to devices that are up to two years old. Microsoft does not let carriers control updates. As soon as the updates become available from Microsoft, it is available on every carrier.
Nokia phones are compatible with all your other Windows devices. If you own a Windows phone, Xbox, or your PC, your information flows smoothly from one device to the other. You can quickly sync your photos to all of your devices, answer a phone call on your Xbox or PC, and send text messages from multiple devices. I appreciate being able to manage my school business and personal communication from one device.

Another primary reason I love my Windows phone is it comes with a great, warranty plan. When my phone was accidentally knocked off a sink and damaged by water, I called Microsoft customer service and they fixed my phone free of cost. If I would have taken my smartphone to the mall, it would have cost me between $100 to $300 in repairs. Microsoft took care of everything and fixed my phone in only two days, saving me time and money.

My experience as a Microsoft customer has been great, I do not plan on shopping anywhere else for a smartphone. The Nokia phone is so simple to used and easy to travel with. The Nokia phone is available in a variety of colors that will attract many customers. The Nokia phones are ahead of other smartphone brands, in my opinion, with polished designs and superior functionality. The Nokia phone adapts to handle anything in everyday settings.
